Smaller than advertised.

Hi guys, these two harnesses were the 5th and 6th that we have bought. We have always bought M size but this one (Surf’s Up) was noticeably smaller than the others and is an uncomfortable fit for our fur baby. It has an M tag, so I’m guessing that it’s a manufacturing issue.
