Perfect product and fantastic customer service!

This item is perfect; we have bought multiples and will continue to in the coming years.

But this review is about the amazing customer service we experienced. I had previously left a 3 star review for another product (related to the fit - the size was listed as an M but was probably an S). After leaving the review I was contacted by Angela who apologised, confirmed the sizing issue, offered a refund or a replacement, and, because we love these harnesses, had a replacement on its way <12hrs.
